Integrative acupuncture is a quiet, attentive approach to care—one that listens closely to your body, your symptoms, and the deeper patterns beneath them. Each session is thoughtfully tailored in the moment, supporting relief, regulation, and a return to balance.
Integrative Acupuncture
Initial 90-Minute Session
Your initial session offers space to slow down and take a fuller look at your health. We’ll discuss your history, concerns, and goals while observing the patterns your body is expressing. Treatment includes acupuncture, with Chinese herbs, cupping, moxibustion, and other gentle therapies added when appropriate. You may also receive guidance around food therapy and simple lifestyle shifts to support your healing beyond the treatment room.
Follow-Up Sessions
Follow-up sessions build on your initial treatment and support steady progress over time. These focused 60-minute sessions allow us to continue addressing your concerns while adapting care to how your body is responding. Treatment includes acupuncture, with herbal support and individualized recommendations around food and daily rhythms when appropriate.
Pre- & -Post Embryo Transfer
Pre- and post-embryo transfer acupuncture sessions are designed to provide focused support around the time of your embryo transfer. These 40-minute sessions offer a quiet space to settle the nervous system, support relaxation, and care for your body during this important stage of fertility treatment.
Only available at our South Portland location. This package is designed for patients seeking acupuncture support before and after an embryo transfer and includes a 30-minute telehealth consultation, one 40-minute pre-transfer acupuncture session, and one 40-minute post-transfer acupuncture session.
During the initial consultation, we’ll review your fertility treatment history, upcoming transfer, and relevant health considerations so I can tailor your care. Each 40-minute acupuncture session includes time to rest quietly with the needles in place.
Because transfer timing and clinic schedules can vary, please contact me directly before booking so we can coordinate your consultation and acupuncture sessions around your transfer date and make sure our schedules align.
Fire, Glass & Stone Therapy
Fire, glass, and stone therapy is a deeply grounding treatment designed to warm, soften, and restore. Through the gentle use of heat, suction, and touch, this session invites the body to release tension, improve circulation, and settle into a state of calm.
Only available at our Westbrook location, these 30-minute sessions combine fire cupping with glass cups and gua sha to ease muscular tension and support the smooth flow of blood and qi. Together, these techniques help release tight areas, reduce stagnation, and support the body’s natural healing response.
This treatment is especially supportive for back, neck, and shoulder pain, muscle tension, and stress. It can be enjoyed on its own or alongside acupuncture as a focused way to unwind and restore balance.
Herbal and Nutritional Consultation
A focused 30-minute session, available in person or via telehealth, offering personalized guidance around food, herbs, and daily practices to nourish your body, restore balance, and support long-term wellbeing.
Only available at our Westbrook location. During your consultation, we’ll review your health history, current concerns, and lifestyle patterns to better understand what your body needs. Within 24 hours of your session, you’ll receive individualized recommendations, including guidance around diet, nutrition, daily practices, and optional Chinese herbal formulas (herbs are a separate cost).
Follow-up consultations or ongoing guidance can help you refine your plan, address new concerns, and adjust your herbal or nutritional support as your needs evolve. Each session offers practical, personalized tools to help you feel more balanced, energized, and connected to your body’s natural rhythms.

Not at all. While I have a special interest in women's health, fertility, and hormonal wellness, I welcome patients of all genders and ages. Acupuncture can support a wide range of concerns, from stress and anxiety to pain, digestive issues, sleep, and overall wellbeing.
-
Most acupuncture clients report a gentle, relaxing sensation. Some points may feel a brief pinch or pressure, but treatments are always adjusted for comfort. Cupping may leave temporary marks, and gua sha may feel like a firm massage.
-
The number of sessions varies depending on your goals, the condition being treated, and how your body responds. Many people notice improvements after a few sessions, while ongoing or chronic issues may benefit from regular care. During your initial visit, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan designed to keep you on track toward your goals, adjusting as needed to support your progress and ensure your care is aligned with your body’s responses.
-
Wear comfortable clothing, eat a light meal beforehand, and come ready to share your current health concerns and goals. For acupuncture or cupping, loose-fitting clothing makes access to points easier.

Yes! All of our services—acupuncture, Fire, Glass, and Stone therapy, and The Herbal/Nutritional consultations—are available in discounted packages. Acupuncture is offered in 6- or 12-session packages, while shorter offerings like cupping or herbal/nutrition consultations also have 3-session options. Packages are a gentle way to make space for regular care and allow your body to settle more fully into its natural rhythm over time.
